What is the Tunnel of Love?
The Tunnel of Love, also known as the Green Mile Tunnel, is a section of industrial railway located in Western Ukraine, near the town of Klevan in Rivne Oblast that is mainly covered by forest for nearly 5 km. The trees surrounding the tracks were left to grow so that over time the passing trains shaped the overgrowth into a tunnel and as luck or love would have it soon couples found this section of the railway a romantic place to pass the time, hence it became known as the Tunnel of Love.
True Love Prevails…
Today this tunnel – dubbed the Tunnel Of Love – has become a symbol of undying love. It is believed that if a couple, with a mutual commitment to each other, transits the length of the tunnel holding hands, whatever they wish for will come true.

Tour Plan for Tunnel of Love - Lutsk Tour
Day 1: 8:00 AM. Pickup at hotel in Lviv. Transit to Rivne Oblast with our destination the village of Klevan'. Walking tour of the Tunnel of Love AKA the Green Mile Tunnel - a railway line that traverses through a forest canopy for nearly 5 km along during which couples have been known to pledge their vows for ever-lasting love.
Next, on to Lutsk for lunch and a tour of Lubart's Castle and environs.
Transit back to Lviv for drop-off at hotel.
